Gaelle Calmels - Responsible for social partners (centers)
Gaelle joined Forget Me Not in May 2010, and has helped to develop relations with new centers, while trying to answer to their demand in terms of needs.
Nationality French
Why did you get involved with FMN? I joined Forget Me Not in May 2010, while i was looking for extra curricular activities with a strong meaning. I found that building tailor designed events to bring communities together was not only meaningful, but also very fun! It enables me to get out of my shell and try new things I wasn't doing during working hours.
What skills or expertise do you bring to the FMN team? Speaking Chinese is a must when you need to contact the social partners. I also have good command in organization, and I know how to delegate, it helps when you have an event with over 100 person!
What's been your favourite FMN moment? Every event is unique, but when we went to the Autistic kids school to offer them Christmas presents, to see their smile when they saw Santa, I wouldn't have miss that for the world!

Helena Houghton - Project Manager
Nationality: British
Why did you get involved with FMN? I was really interested in FMN's mission: to build a bridge between two worlds by organising tailored corporate team building events involving disadvantaged communities. I believe that communities can be improved by mutual understanding and respect and that's what I think FMN works to achieve. I know there are some fantastic organisations in Shanghai working to improve the lives of others and I wanted to be part of a team that promotes and supports their work.
What skills or expertise do you bring to the FMN team? I have project and volunteer management experience in non-profits in the UK and Peru. I am in charge of the day-to-day running of FMN: managing volunteers and interns, updating the website and publicity material, sending out the FMN newsletter, planning events, promoting FMN to companies in Shanghai etc.
What's been your favourite FMN moment? I'm new to the team, but so far I've enjoyed meeting the dedicated people who make up the FMN team and hearing their ideas for exciting social team building events.
